You will engineer and maintain the organization's big data platform infrastructure, focusing on cloud deployment, automation, and operational stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and operate complex applications in Azure, including IaaS, AKS, ADLS, and ADF.
• Configure and manage big data technologies and databases, ensuring efficient data storage approaches.
• Automate infrastructure tasks and processes using Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex development and infrastructure issues independently.
• Apply DevOps principles to the platform lifecycle using CI/CD, configuration management, and IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge of engineering frameworks and development technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop or Cassandra administration.
• Proficiency in Linux OS administration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of CI/CD, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Coding ability in Shell, Python, or PowerShell for automation.
• Strong problem-solving and engineering mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, DataDog, or ELK.
• Familiarity with HPC clusters.
