Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, maintainable big data applications.
• Optimize data processes to improve performance and efficiency.
• Integrate upstream and downstream systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to explain complex technical concepts.
• Implement solutions using Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills with Oracle database management and query optimization.
• Experience designing and working with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Background in Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking.
• B.Tech or MCA degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Data migration experience.
• Familiarity with C# .NET.
