Description

Lead data engineering functions to deliver enterprise curated data solutions for Data and AI platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of large-scale, complex data initiatives across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Design, architect, and implement enterprise data products.
• Establish technical standards and drive data engineering strategic goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
• Mentor team members and grow technical capabilities within the engineering function.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of senior-level IT experience in data engineering and team leadership.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Extensive experience with ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of data integration and data engineering approaches.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related technology field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing analytical capabilities and applications using Azure Cloud and Big Data technologies.
• Proven ability to optimize ETL processes and solve complex data scenarios in an agile manner.
