You will design and implement end-to-end data and analytics solutions that align with future-state architecture and industry trends.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect Big Data services in the cloud using fit-for-purpose products.
• Lead technical teams, mentor developers, and resolve complex engineering issues.
• Manage large-scale data ingestion, cluster sizing, and Hadoop administration.
• Direct stakeholder meetings to define data flow visions across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years planning, building, or running enterprise-scale data analytics solutions.
• Expertise implementing Data Lakes and Data Hubs using Big Data technologies.
• Proficiency with Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and MapReduce.
• Strong knowledge of NoSQL platforms and Java/J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with AWS stack (EMR, Kinesis, Athena, Redshift, QuickSight, Elasticsearch).
• Experience with MS Azure and Security Architecture for Cloudera Enterprise.
• Competency with Kafka Broker Services, Flume, Sqoop, and ETL tools like Talend.
• Knowledge of HDFS, Apache Kudu, and HBase.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, SAS, R, or SPSS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with sensor/streaming (IoT) data within automated manufacturing environments.
