Description

You will provide L1/L2/L3 support for Java, Spark, and Kafka applications running on Hadoop clusters. You maintain cluster space, develop fixes for deployment and promotion, and manage file backup, archiving, and hygiene maintenance. You also provide DevOps support for development and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Java, Spark, and Kafka-based applications within a Hadoop environment.
• Maintain cluster space and develop fixes for deployment and promotion.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies.
• Proficiency in Core Java.
• Experience with Apache Spark.
• Experience with Apache Kafka.
• Working knowledge of Hadoop ecosystems.
• Experience providing L1, L2, and L3 technical support.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with MQ.
