Description

Design and develop large-scale applications and API services within an AWS environment.

Responsibilities

• Build API services on the AWS stack using Java, Scala, or Kotlin.
• Develop and manage data pipelines using Kafka, Cassandra, Scylla, and DynamoDB.
• Optimize application performance across Spark, Hadoop, EMR, and Python.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Artifactory, AWS CodeCommit, and CloudFormation.
• Manage infrastructure and orchestration using Airflow, Step Functions, EMR, EC2, and ECS.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies and Kafka.
• Strong AWS expertise including EMR, EC2, ECS, and PySpark.
• Experience with Cassandra, Scylla, or DynamoDB.
• Solid Linux skills and Shell scripting.
• Proven DevOps experience and CI/CD pipeline construction.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
