Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts to identify and define necessary system enhancements.
• Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues and recommend programming solutions.
• Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications and conduct testing and debugging.
• Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues while serving as advisor to new analysts.
• Work on PySpark development with at least 5 years of experience in big data environments.
• Design and implement data warehousing solutions using T-SQL and SQL Server technologies.
• Participate in end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering to analysis, design and development as individual contributor.
• Develop dashboards and reports using SSRS and document requirements and process flows effectively.
• Handle BAU JIRAs and perform L2 support activities for existing systems and enhancements.
• Work on release management using company SMM tools and guidelines with ETL batch support.

Experience Required: 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry with intermediate level experience in Applications Development role. Must have worked on PySpark for at least 5 years.

Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
