Description

You will serve as a subject matter expert to optimize BigPanda for IT operations and incident management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement BigPanda best practices and provide functional recommendations to improve service reliability.
• Configure and manage day-to-day BigPanda usage to support IT operations.
• Create technical documentation to inform and guide the IT organization.
• Teach and mentor team members to increase organizational proficiency with the platform.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in BigPanda platform configuration and daily usage.
• Strong knowledge of BigPanda features and functionality.
• Experience with IT operations management and monitoring tools.
• Ability to work remotely during Central or Mountain time zones.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for teaching and collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a consulting role.
