Description

You will build detailed and summarized data structures within the reporting and analytics data layer to support complex dashboards and reports.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design backend database objects in collaboration with data engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts.
• Transform and prepare data through data modeling for analytics use cases.
• Build data structures to support the development of complex dashboards and reports.
• Drive projects to completion independently while working with remote teams and product owners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with BigQuery and SQL.
• Proven experience developing data structures to support reporting and analytics.
• Expertise in data modeling to transform data for analytics layers.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with remote teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau or data visualization tools.
• Background in healthcare domains such as Care Management, PBM, or Claims.
• Prior experience in data warehousing and analytics environments.
