Description

Support the Maternal and Child Health Division by conducting telephone interviews and collecting data for the Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS). This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews following strict PRAMS protocols, including obtaining informed consent and maintaining specific call frequencies.
• Manage survey administration by preparing materials, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate contact records.
• Record survey responses, comments, and operational data into PIDS within specified timelines.
• Monitor survey batch progress and provide weekly communication reports regarding mailings, data entry, and telephone dispositions.

Required Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Experience with PRAMS protocols or CDC-related research environments.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and privacy regarding sensitive interview data and mail materials.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining systematic progress reports.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of working experience.
• Knowledge of PRAMS and CDC workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Associate degree or two years of college coursework in public health, communications, or social sciences.
• Previous experience in survey administration or social science research.
