Description

You will support the Maternal and Child Health Division by conducting telephone interviews and collecting data for the Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews following established PRAMS protocols, including obtaining informed consent and adhering to specific call frequencies.
• Manage survey administration by preparing materials, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate contact records.
• Execute timely data entry of survey responses, comments, and operational information into PIDS.
• Monitor survey batch progress and provide weekly communications regarding mailings, data entry, and telephone disposition reports.

Required Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Experience with PRAMS protocols or similar survey administration.
• Experience in telephone interviewing or data collection.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and privacy regarding telephone interviews and mail materials.
• Ability to follow structured scripts and research protocols precisely.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
