Description

You will facilitate agile delivery for four infrastructure and cybersecurity teams focused on IAM, network security, and data loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Manage and refine backlogs for incident resolution and small-scale projects.
• Implement and enforce Kanban team standards to improve cycle times.
• Protect technical analysts from excessive request volume by managing incoming business requests.
• Develop processes for handling confidential client information that cannot be stored in Jira.
• Empower team members while maintaining control over workflow and priorities.

Required Skills

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Expertise in Kanban methodologies.
• Experience supporting infrastructure or cybersecurity teams.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Jira (Cloud or Align).
• Experience managing high volumes of technical requests.
• Ability to work with sensitive or confidential data.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Cybersecurity domain experience.
• Experience with auditing and handling confidential information.
• CSM or SAFe certifications.
