You will manage service delivery operations requiring proficiency in both French and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery processes using the Self Diagnosis Method (SDM).
• Communicate technical and operational updates in both French and English.
• Oversee service quality and operational standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in service delivery.
• Proficiency in French and English language communication.
• Hands-on expertise with AS400 or C++.
• Experience with IBM iSeries.
• Knowledge of the Self Diagnosis Method (SDM).
• English as a Second Language (ESL) proficiency.
• Any graduate degree.
