Description

You will support the Assistant Finance Manager with core financial and billing operations, owning the end-to-end billing process.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end billing process and manage accounts receivable workflows.
• Perform cash application and balance sheet reviews while managing accruals.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and financial issues.
• Support the Assistant Finance Manager with daily financial tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in finance or billing.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) and the billing process.
• Proficiency in cash application and balance sheet reviews.
• Understanding of accruals and foundational finance principles.
• Experience with medical billing.
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving financial issues.
• Any Graduate degree completed.
