Description

You will support health plan operational functions by performing business analysis for billing and enrollment within NASCO Processing System (NPS) and MembersEdge environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business needs and system issues.
• Create requirements documentation and participate in analysis and verification sessions.
• Collaborate on project plans, requirements management, and design reviews.
• Execute user acceptance testing and troubleshoot system or process problems.
• Provide training and support to end-users while managing new work requests.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in functional, operational, or testing analysis.
• Hands-on experience with MembersEdge and NASCO systems.
• Ability to navigate mainframe applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
