Description

Manage end-to-end billing operations, including order management, customer account creation, and payment validation. Own the billing task queue, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Create customer accounts and process billing activities with high accuracy.
• Validate pricing sheets and quotes for service requests before invoicing.
• Build and maintain Work Instructions to standardize billing processes.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate with international stakeholders to resolve task orders.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in billing, order management, or financial operations.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise transformation and application implementation.
• Ability to manage application development and integration workflows.
• Proficiency in cloud strategy development and deployment contexts.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and completing tasks on time.
• Experience coordinating with global or international stakeholders.
