Description

You will manage day-to-day accounting entries, billing operations, and compliance reporting in Mumbai.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Raise sales orders, invoices, and book purchase invoices and Goods Receivable Notes (GRN).
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and manage company and employee reimbursements.
• Calculate monthly TDS and GST, execute daily TDS bookings, and handle E-Invoicing and E-way Bills.
• Manage petty cash, post expenses in accounting software, and submit weekly or monthly reports to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in accounting or billing roles.
• Proficiency in Tally Software and MS Excel.
• Practical experience with TDS and GST calculations, including E-Invoicing and E-way Bills.
• Understanding of HSN/SAC codes and general ledger reconciliations.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and day-to-day data entry.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in B.Com, BBA, or BMS.
