Translate business ideas and mobile product features into functional billing solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT architects and product stakeholders to identify functionality placement across the biller and integration layers.
• Document requirements and implement billing logic with external vendors like Amdocs.
• Review solution documents for accuracy before development proceeds.
• Participate in solution grooming, test case development, and validation.
• Modify existing Amdocs billing configurations and applications as required.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in telecom billing with direct involvement in mobile billing workflows.
• Strong experience with Amdocs billing platforms (C1, Enabler, CES, etc.).
• Demonstrated success building or enhancing billing features such as roaming alerts, usage notifications, and charging triggers.
• Strong understanding of prepaid/postpaid mobile services, charging systems, and usage-based billing.
• Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with TM Forum (TMF) methodology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a geographically dispersed team.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience maintaining long-term tenure in similar analytical roles.
