Description

You will lead billing and accounting operations within a legal or professional services environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise billing and accounting workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage time-critical deadlines, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Oversee the production and distribution of client invoices and financial reports.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies and accounting issues.

Required Skills

• 5-7+ years of experience in billing or accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Direct experience with legal or professional services billing.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and billing cycles.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Aderant.
