Description

You will develop and manage 3D BIM models for complex architectural projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop LOD 300 architectural 3D models for dining halls, cabins, corridors, and circulation zones using 2D/3D construction document data.
• Create detailed plans, sections, elevations, RCPs, details, and schedules; model interior elements including furniture, lighting, and casework.
• Design and build parametric Revit families (RFA) adhering to company standards and performance constraints.
• Coordinate BIM activities, maintaining model accuracy, worksets, and view templates while supporting clash checks via Navisworks.
• Prepare final deliverables in formats including RVT, IFC, NWC, and DWG/DXF, following the BIM Execution Plan.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit modeling and documentation.
• Proficiency in creating parametric Revit families (RFA) and managing model data.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit API, specifically using C#, Dynamo scripting, or Python.
• Demonstrated ability to handle 3D model workflows and BIM data exchange using formats like RVT and IFC.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as ACC.
• Experience supporting clash detection using Navisworks NWC exports.
• Understanding of shipyard infrastructure layout planning.
• Experience delivering files in formats: Rte/Rft, Ifc, Dwg/dxf, Nwc, Nwd, Dwf/dwfx.
