Description

You will manage the creation and maintenance of detailed industrial BIM models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Point Cloud Registration and Conversion of E57 to RCP using ReCap.
• Establish the central Revit model using approved project templates.
• Define and enforce Shared Coordinates, Survey Points, Project Base Points, and overall positioning workflow (GNP, WNP, Z-alignment).
• Maintain project templates, shared parameters, naming rules, and export layer standards.

Required Skills

• 2+ Years in Scan-to-BIM / Industrial Plant modelling.
• Expert in Revit (2023–2025), ReCap Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage.
• Strong understanding of Shared Coordinates, model linking, worksharing, and point-cloud alignment.
• Familiarity with production equipment, utilities, pipe racks, equipment clearances, and plant-room layouts.
• Ability to interpret industrial point-clouds with dense machinery & services.
• Knowledge of IFC, MVDs, DWG layer mapping, and JSON export structures.
• Ability to review & troubleshoot Dynamo scripts and Revit/AutoCAD Add-ins.
• Experience with SAP-RE-FX Add-in workflows and export requirements.
• 12+ years of relevant working experience.
