You will manage the creation and maintenance of detailed industrial BIM models, overseeing point cloud registration and central model establishment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Point Cloud Registration and Conversion of E57 to RCP using ReCap.
• Establish the central Revit model using approved project templates and enforce Shared Coordinates, Survey Points, and positioning workflows.
• Maintain project templates, shared parameters, naming rules, and export layer standards.
• Review and troubleshoot Dynamo scripts and Revit/AutoCAD Add-ins.
• Manage SAP-RE-FX Add-in workflows and export requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant working experience in Scan-to-BIM or Industrial Plant modelling.
• Expert in Revit (2023–2025), ReCap Pro, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage.
• Strong understanding of Shared Coordinates, model linking, worksharing, and point-cloud alignment.
• Ability to interpret industrial point-clouds with dense machinery and services.
• Familiarity with production equipment, utilities, pipe racks, and plant-room layouts.
• Knowledge of IFC, MVDs, DWG layer mapping, and JSON export structures.

Preferred Skills

• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
