Description

Lead the development of 2D and 3D design documents for complex industrial and institutional projects. Own the delivery of clash-free models and construction execution milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop 2D and 3D design deliverables using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Produce clash-free models at LOA 300 and fabrication-level models at LOA 400-500 for onsite assembly.
• Optimize pipe and duct routing while troubleshooting large-scale mechanical systems.
• Perform pre-design site surveys and conduct construction phase site observations.
• Create construction execution milestones for architectural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BIM or mechanical design.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, CADWorks, and Navisworks.
• Detailed design experience in Mechanical Design within high-tech, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor industries.
• Experience developing clash-free models (LOA 300) and fabrication models (LOA 400-500).
• Working knowledge of MEP divisions, Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Airflow Diagrams, and Electrical One Line Diagrams.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam for construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of common construction materials and methods.
• Working knowledge of current building codes and SMACNA standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pipe-Flo or Carrier HAP.
