Description

You will develop Revit families and model electrical systems within a BIM environment, ensuring projects meet specific standards and requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Revit families tailored to specific project and standard requirements.
• Model and document projects efficiently, inputting marked-up drawings according to established standards.
• Lead modeling efforts on projects and provide guidance to support other modelers.
• Set up Revit views for project teams and manage electronic documentation.
• Coordinate 3D workflows with other trades and manage work sets and work sharing processes.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with electrical symbols and drafting conventions.
• Proficiency in Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, and Autodesk Design Review.
• Strong Building Information Modeling (BIM) experience.
• Ability to manage Revit work sets and work sharing processes.
• Experience reading 2D plans and working fluently in both 2D and 3D spaces.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Skill in downloading and managing information from web-based sources like FTP and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Oracle.
• Associate's degree in a Computerized Drafting field.
