Description

Develop in-house applications, utilities, and scripts to support the design and delivery of the Global Data Center portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Build automation applications, plugins, and scripts for BIM models, architectural documents, and construction documents.
• Develop Dynamo and Python scripts to perform quality control on models and drawings against BIM Standards, SOW, and OPR.
• Automate repetitive tasks and procedural workflows across CSA, MEPF, and low voltage/control disciplines.
• Create engineering and construction-specific software including databases, cloud-based solutions, and generative design tools.
• Collaborate with internal engineers and external teams to support data center delivery through automation.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Dynamo and Python for script development.
• Experience with Grasshopper, C#, or JavaScript.
• Ability to automate QC processes for BIM models and drawings.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical design intents to implement automation solutions.
• Knowledge of automation for CSA and MEPF disciplines.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics tools.
• Experience with reality capture, laser scanning, or generative design requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based solutions and database programming for construction software.
