Description

You will design and implement BI systems to support business reporting needs. You own the end-to-end development of MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and end-user applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop MicroStrategy documents, grid reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Data Architects to gather and document reporting requirements.
• Define data schemas, create objects, and perform performance tuning for BI solutions.
• Write and update SQL stored procedures, and maintain materialized views and nightly refreshers.
• Analyze data discrepancies and resolve performance issues within the reporting layer.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of development experience with MicroStrategy.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Warehouse design and development using star-schema architecture.
• Expertise in creating MicroStrategy documents, grid reports, and dashboards.
• Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries and SQL stored procedures.
• Familiarity with AWS Redshift and materialized views.
• Experience with open-source BI tools such as Jasper.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
