Description

You will validate BIOS firmware to ensure compliance with technical standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including specific test cases and scenarios for BIOS validation.
• Perform functional, regression, and compatibility testing across diverse hardware configurations.
• Identify, analyze, and report bugs, defects, and firmware inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with BIOS development and hardware engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Python or PowerShell.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BIOS firmware validation or a similar role.
• Deep understanding of BIOS architecture and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Firmware and ASIC.
• Expertise in test planning and execution.
• Ability to document validation activities, test results, and technical findings.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
