You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle to connect drug development professionals with high-priority biotechnology opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through creative recruiting methods and post job listings.
• Screen candidates via skills testing, office interviews, and background investigations.
• Negotiate contract terms and present job opportunities to qualified professionals.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and manage the candidate experience through placement.
• Build professional relationships with contract employees through on-site visits and networking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional recruiting or business development experience.
• Proven sales and business development techniques.
• Strong interviewing and candidate screening abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in relationship building and negotiation.
• Any graduate degree.
• Ability to work in-office in Portsmouth, NH, at least 3 days per week.
