You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle to connect drug development professionals with high-priority biotechnology opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through creative recruiting methods and post job listings.
- Screen candidates via skills testing, office interviews, and background investigations.
- Negotiate contract terms and present job opportunities to qualified professionals.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews and manage the candidate experience through placement.
- Build professional relationships with contract employees through on-site visits and networking.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional recruiting or business development experience.
- Proven sales and business development techniques.
- Strong interviewing and candidate screening abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in relationship building and negotiation.
- Any graduate degree.
- Ability to work in-office in Portsmouth, NH, at least 3 days per week.
