Description

Define end-to-end architecture for BIOVIA ONE Lab, Pipeline Pilot, ELN, LIMS, and CISPro, guiding engineering teams through modernization of legacy lab systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design reusable patterns for scientific workflows, ELN/LIMS integrations, and data pipelines.
• Architect integrations with SAP, Snowflake, ServiceNow, MES, and enterprise platforms using API-led and event-driven patterns.
• Define scientific data management strategies aligned with FAIR data principles and GxP/21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Lead ARB governance, architecture reviews, and documentation while troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of solution architecture experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• Hands-on experience with BIOVIA platforms (Pipeline Pilot, ELN, LIMS) including configuration and customization on latest versions.
• Strong understanding of 3DEXPERIENCE platform architecture.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and scientific data modeling.
• Proven ability to lead architecture governance and ARB reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dassault Systèmes BIOVIA ecosystem and chemical informatics.
• Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure and data platforms like Snowflake, Data Lake, or Databricks.
• Consulting experience in scientific or R&D domains.
