Job description: 
Business Intelligence Expertise: 8+ years of experience writing Transact-SQL (T-SQL) queries; 2+ years designing and developing reports/dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Report Builder, including advanced DAX, data modeling, and ETL processes with tools such as Azure Data Factory and Microsoft SSDT.
Analytics & Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot BI environments, validate reports and dashboards, resolve data quality issues, and analyze complex datasets; experienced in building, testing, and implementing advanced reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and consultative communication skills with demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams, clearly communicating risks, issues, and progress, and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Experienced in preparing technical documentation, report specifications, and delivering effective knowledge transfer to support team continuity and system sustainability.
