Project Context: Project is migration from BizTalk to Azure integration services (logic apps, fn
apps, service bus, Api management)
Required Skills & Experience
 Min 3 or 4 years of working knowledge in Biztalk
 4+ years of strong expertise in Azure Integration Services, including:
 Logic Apps (Consumption & Standard)
 Azure API Management
 Azure Functions
 Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs
 Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, security patterns (OAuth,
Managed Identity).
 Experience with integration patterns (sync, async, event-driven, batch).
 Exposure to DevOps practices for Azure (CI/CD, IaC).
 Document migration approach, architecture decisions, and runbooks.
 Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate functional parity post-
migration.
 Experience in enterprise system integrations (ERP, CRM, legacy systems).
Non-Technical Skills
 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 Ability to work with customers, sales teams, and leadership.
 Leadership and mentoring mindset.
 Experience in pre-sales and customer-facing roles.
