Description

You will lead architecture initiatives for blockchain-enabled banking solutions, including tokenized deposits and distributed settlement platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and resilient hybrid architectures that integrate distributed ledger platforms with banking systems and payment infrastructures.
• Define on-chain and off-chain solution responsibilities, including smart contracts, API orchestration, and governance controls.
• Drive architecture best practices for digital asset ecosystems while ensuring interoperability and avoiding vendor lock-in.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams across payments, settlements, liquidity, and financial infrastructures.
• Provide strategic thought leadership on blockchain adoption and enterprise architecture direction.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies.
• Experience in Financial Services or Banking environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture.
• Knowledge of security, resiliency, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, and resilient hybrid architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tokenized deposits and digital assets.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and mentoring skills.

Bachelor's degree required.
