Description

You will architect and lead the end-to-end development of blockchain solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture for distributed systems, including consensus mechanisms and smart contracts.
• Develop and deploy smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) using selected frameworks.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, tools, and technologies for project requirements.
• Conduct code and architecture reviews, maintaining technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in blockchain architecture and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Binance Smart Chain, or Polygon.
• Smart contract development using Solidity, Go, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Web3.js or Ethers.js for blockchain interaction.
• Backend development skills in Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of cryptography (hashing, digital signatures) and consensus algorithms (PoW, PoS, PBFT).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum and Hyperledger).
• Background in security audits or performance optimization of blockchain networks.
