Description

You will design and build blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols. You own the full lifecycle from R&D to deployment, ensuring high-throughput, low-latency performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop decentralized protocols, smart contracts, and blockchain applications.
• Implement and maintain blockchain networks, nodes, and consensus algorithms.
• Optimize blockchain interoperability, scalability, and performance.
• Conduct R&D on emerging blockchain technologies to drive technical improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging for high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

• Experience with blockchain development.
• Proficiency in Solidity.
• Proficiency in Go.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience building low-latency applications capable of handling large transaction volumes.
• Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC for 1-2 weeks initially.
• Degree in any field.
