Description

You will build and maintain Bloomberg interfaces using Bloomberg APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Build out Bloomberg interfaces through Bloomberg APIs.
  • Develop complex and high-performing SQL code in Oracle and SQL-Server databases.
  • Write clean, maintainable code following software development best practices.
  • Apply object-oriented programming and design patterns to core engineering tasks.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in core and enterprise Java.
  • Proficiency with Java Collections API, concurrency, and JDBC.
  • Experience developing web services.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle and SQL-Server databases.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SpringBoot, Microservices, and cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of C#.
