Lead end-to-end automation implementation using Blue Prism, from feasibility analysis to architecture design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full automation lifecycle implementation using Blue Prism.
• Analyze automation feasibility with Business Managers and IT Leaders.
• Translate business requirements into technical process flows and visual experiences.
• Design current and future state process flows for new project features.
• Mentor developers on Blue Prism learning and development.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in software development or automation.
• Deep expertise in the Blue Prism RPA tool.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of automation solutions.
• Ability to design current and future state process flows.
• Experience working directly with Business Managers and IT leadership.
• Proven ability to participate in the architecture and design of new project features.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
