Description

You will provide technical and functional support for Blue Yonder WMS environments, ensuring system stability and resolving production issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system issues by evaluating WMW Trace files and diagnosing root causes.
• Manage functional configurations, policy management, job maintenance, and interface event management.
• Handle incident ticket management and Change Management processes using Jira.
• Support Blue Yonder WMS development, including MOCA commands, Integrator, Reports, and Labels.
• Maintain system stability through Linux command line operations and Oracle SQL queries.

Required Skills

• Strong functional expertise in Supply Chain processes, specifically Logistics and Distribution.
• Technical proficiency in Blue Yonder WMS system processes and data structures.
• Experience with WEs/WCS automation integration.
• Experience with Linux OS and command line operations.
• Proficiency in Oracle Databases and SQL.
• 2+ years of production support experience.
• 2+ years of Blue Yonder WMS development experience.
• Experience with Jira for ticket and change management.
• Associate or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Health Care sector.
