Provide high-level technical architecture and support for Blue Yonder WMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot BY-WMS version 2019 and above, including MOCA logs, MTF server tasks, and integration tasks.
• Manage IT and business SLAs, preparing weekly status reports using MTTR and MTTS metrics.
• Execute support protocols for P1/P2 incidents, Major Incident Management (MIM), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Lead technical ownership and drive end-to-end BY-WMS functionality within highly integrated systems.
• Communicate technical issues, successes, and failure points directly to VPs, directors, and IT managers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of BY-WMS technical development and support experience.
• Deep expertise in MOCA components, MTF, DDA/Page builder, reports, and labels.
• Proven experience implementing BY-WMS at distribution centers with B2B and D2C functionality.
• Strong ability to execute SQL queries and analyze system configurations.
• Hands-on experience with JDAl Integraktor for HOST, WCS, TMS, or Parcel integrations.
• Experience working with highly integrated software systems on the cloud.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to own technical outcomes.
• Excellent conversational skills for face-to-face, video, email, and chat communication.
