Description

Lead Blue Yonder WMS solution design, translating client business processes into comprehensive 5 Lens configurations. You will facilitate current state assessments, capture day-in-the-life scenarios, and define future state capabilities through rigorous fit-gap analysis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to identify user stories and map current state operations using GEMBA walks and process modeling.
• Design and validate future state Blue Yonder WMS configurations, ensuring alignment with business policies and metrics.
• Conduct fit-gap assessments and provide strategic recommendations for solution design and business process optimization.
• Create high-quality documentation, presentations, and training materials for client audiences ranging from peers to VP levels.
• Perform quantitative analysis and root-cause determination to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems, specifically with Blue Yonder WMS.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (including VBA and complex formulas), Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
• Ability to formulate and present polished presentations to diverse stakeholders, including management and client leadership.
• Experience with user story creation, business process modeling, and fit-gap analysis.
• Proficiency in APICS methodologies and supply chain operations principles.
• Ability to thrive in semi-autonomous environments with vague instructions, prioritizing multiple deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, APICS, Six Sigma, ACPF, or Blue Yonder WMS certifications.
• Understanding of statistical forecasting models and complex manufacturing arrangements.
