Lead Blue Yonder WMS solution design, translating client business processes into 5 Lens configurations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to identify user stories and map current state operations using GEMBA walks.
• Design and validate future state Blue Yonder WMS configurations aligned with business policies.
• Conduct fit-gap assessments and provide strategic recommendations for solution design.
• Create documentation, presentations, and training materials for client audiences.
• Perform quantitative analysis and root-cause determination to support data-driven decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems, specifically Blue Yonder WMS.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel with VBA/complex formulas, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
• Experience with user story creation, business process modeling, and fit-gap analysis.
• Proficiency in APICS methodologies and supply chain operations principles.
• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics.
• Ability to formulate and present polished presentations to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in semi-autonomous environments with vague instructions.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, APICS, Six Sigma, ACPF, or Blue Yonder WMS certifications.
• Understanding of statistical forecasting models and complex manufacturing arrangements.
