Description

You will provide technical and functional support for Blue Yonder WMS environments, managing configurations, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting development efforts.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system issues by analyzing WMS Trace files.
• Manage functional configurations, policy management, job maintenance, and interface events.
• Execute incident ticket management and follow Change Management processes using Jira.
• Perform command line operations within Linux OS and manage Oracle Databases using SQL.
• Support Blue Yonder WMS development for MOCA commands, Integrator, reports, and labels.

Required Skills

• Blue Yonder WMS technical background with understanding of system processes and data structures.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with Linux OS and command line operations.
• Proficiency in Oracle Databases and SQL.
• Experience with Incident ticket management and Change Management processes.
• Proficiency with Jira tools.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering Science, or any graduate level equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Health Care sector.
• 2+ years of Blue Yonder WMS development for MOCA commands, Integrator, Reports, and Labels.
• Experience with WEB/WCS automation integration.
