Description

You will lead technical support and deployment coordination for Blue Yonder WMS and TMS environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 and L3 support for Blue Yonder WMS and TMS applications and servers.
  • Coordinate deployments for enhancements, bugfixes, and hotfixes.
  • Engage with infrastructure teams and external partners to resolve critical and high-importance issues.
  • Develop and implement custom automated solutions to prevent issue recurrence and improve system reliability.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or systems administration.
  • Direct experience supporting Blue Yonder WMS and TMS applications.
  • Proven ability to manage bugfixes, enhancements, and hotfixes.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-team technical coordination.
  • Ability to work onsite at the Indiana Distribution Center.
  • Any graduate degree.
