Description

Design, develop, and maintain BMC Remedy workflows, forms, and Business Workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BMC Remedy workflows and forms.
• Develop and maintain BMC Business Workflow configurations.
• Create and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy reports and dashboards.
• Provide technical support for BMC Remedy ITSM applications.
• Ensure proper architecture and data model adherence.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in BMC Helix/Remedy development.
• Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM architecture and data model.
• Proficiency in BMC Remedy ITSM workflows and forms.
• Experience with BMC Digital Workplace and Business Workflows.
• Experience with BMC Remedy ITSM architecture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of BMC Innovation Studio.
• Knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM integrations.
