Description

You design, develop, and maintain BMC Remedy workflows, forms, and business workflows while providing technical support for BMC Remedy ITSM applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BMC Remedy workflows and forms.
• Build and maintain BMC Helix reports, dashboards, and BMC Business Workflows.
• Provide technical support for BMC Remedy ITSM applications.
• Apply knowledge of ITSM architecture and data models to drive system improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT environments.
• 3+ years of direct experience in BMC Helix/Remedy development.
• Deep understanding of BMC Remedy ITSM architecture and data models.
• Hands-on experience with BMC Business Workflows.
• Experience working with BMC Digital Workplace.
• Proficiency in managing BMC Remedy workflows and forms.
• Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of BMC Innovation Studio.
• Experience with BMC Remedy ITSM integrations.
