Description

Develop and customize applications using BMC Helix Innovation Suite, focusing on record definitions, views, processes, rules, and associations. You will design workflows, configure applications, and support REST API integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications using BMC Helix Innovation Suite.
• Build solutions using Record Definitions, Views, Processes, Rules, and Associations.
• Design and maintain workflows using Process Designer.
• Develop and support REST API and web service integrations.
• Troubleshoot workflow, configuration, and platform-related issues.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix Innovation Suite.
• Strong expertise in Innovation Studio and Process Designer.
• Knowledge of Record Definitions, Views, Rules, Associations, and Workflows.
• Experience with REST APIs and Web Services.
• Good understanding of AR System fundamentals and data structures.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in enterprise-scale BMC implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BMC Helix ITSM integrations.
• Exposure to Digital Workplace (DWP).
• Knowledge of HelixGPT and Agent Studio.
