Description

You will develop and administer technical solutions within the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite, ensuring alignment with business requirements and ITIL standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions using structured and object-oriented programming techniques.
• Administer and develop Remedy ITSM components including UDM, Pentaho Spoon, ADDM Discovery, and Asset Management CMDB.
• Integrate external systems with BMC Remedy environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in coordination with product vendors and customers.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Remedy ITSM Suite administration and development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript programming.
• Experience with Remedy environments operating on Windows, Linux, SQL, and Oracle.
• Background in application development or technical business analysis.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and its implications for software development.
• Understanding of project and software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• B.E. degree or equivalent direct work experience.

Preferred Skills

• BMC Certified Administrator: BMC Remedy AR System.
• Infrastructure and server administration experience.
