Description

You will develop and support a custom BMC Remedy 20.02 implementation within an RHEL 8 and Oracle environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Helix progressive views, building new interfaces and reconstructing legacy UI forms.
• Manage administrative configurations, including full text search and email integration (EWS).
• Support and maintain the custom Remedy application, integrating with CRM, Billing, Inventory, and telemetry systems.
• Write custom modules within the Remedy framework to support billing, sales, data analytics, and custom reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in development and support roles.
• Expertise in BMC Remedy ARSystem v20.02+ development, design, and implementation.
• Proficiency with development languages: REST, JSON, Python, Bash, and Perl.
• Experience with Linux (specifically RHEL 7+ or 8).
• Familiarity with Oracle v19c database development and support.
• Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Understanding of UI/UX Design principles.
