Description

You will design and implement authentication and identity solutions within BMC Helix environments, focusing on Remedy Single Sign-On (RSSO) and Atrium Integrator.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate BMC Remedy Single Sign-On (RSSO) with external Identity Providers.
• Design and implement SSO architecture across BMC Helix ITSM and ITOM environments.
• Develop and maintain People Data Integrations using Atrium Integrator.
• Build and support REST API-based integrations for user and identity management.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and identity synchronization issues.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience with BMC Remedy Single Sign-On (RSSO).
• Hands-on experience integrating RSSO with Identity Providers.
• Expertise in Atrium Integrator for data integration.
• Experience building REST API-based integrations.
• Strong understanding of BMC Helix ITSM architecture.
• Ability to support Helix Dashboard creation and Smart Reporting migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Helix Dashboards.
• Smart Reporting migration/conversion experience.
• Exposure to BMC ITOM products.
