Description

You will design, develop, and deploy Crystal Reports within the SAP BusinessObjects environment to translate business requirements into accurate, high-performance technical reporting solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business reporting needs and collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications.
• Design, test, and deploy Crystal Reports aligned with business priorities.
• Optimize report performance through SQL query tuning and data analysis.
• Troubleshoot report issues and resolve data discrepancies to maintain reliability.
• Document report logic, system configurations, and operational processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Crystal Reports Developer.
• Proven expertise in SAP BusinessObjects suite, including report design and deployment.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills with experience optimizing complex queries.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and VBA for report enhancements.
• Experience with SAP BW and SAP HANA.
• Ability to work with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Preferred Skills

• SAP BusinessObjects and Crystal Reports certifications.
• Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or enterprise applications.
