Description

You will lead end-to-end ETL development initiatives using Business Objects Data Services (BODS) within an Agile/Scrum environment. This role requires independent collaboration with stakeholders to translate data requirements into robust ETL solutions, while acting as a Scrum Master to ensure sprint execution and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ETL development and optimization using BODS.
• Collaborate with business users and product owners to define data requirements and design ETL solutions.
• Design, implement, and optimize efficient data models and transformation logic.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and tune ETL jobs and Oracle queries for performance and data accuracy.
• Document technical specifications and provide ongoing maintenance and support for ETL processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Business Objects Data Services (BODS).
• Expertise in ETL architecture, design, development, and optimization.
• Strong SQL proficiency with extensive experience in Oracle and SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and Data Modeling.
• Hands-on experience in Unix/Shell scripting for automation.
• Experience in data integration, migration, and transformation techniques.
• Familiarity with data quality, validation, and governance practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica Powercenter.
